Hi!
I’m so glad that you are here.
About Me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor in Texas (License #61365).
I hold a BA in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and an MSSW with a concentration in Clinical Social Work, both from The University of Texas at Austin.
Born and raised in Chicago as a first-generation American, I have a deep appreciation for diverse experiences and backgrounds. My upbringing has shaped who I am and has helped me understand how familial and cultural influences shape our perspectives, mindsets, belief systems, and more.
I identify as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and enjoy working with other HSPs and Empaths, offering a compassionate approach and helping you to embrace and celebrate your gift of sensitivity.
In my free time, I love reading, spending time with friends and loved ones, and cuddling with adorable pets.

My therapy style
I strive to create a space that is free of judgment and allows for personal exploration, insight, and growth. You will always feel like you are in control of your own change process, with me alongside you for support.
